CEO Paula Forbes has over three decades of legal experience and expertise in the areas of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Human Resources (HR) compliance, labor, government affairs, and education law.  

At Forbes Solutions, our passion is to help organizations build cultures of authenticity and acceptance. We don't limit our services to just legal advice and compliance. We also help organizations go deeper to truly understand the root causes and why legal issues arise in the first place. Our investigations examine policies, practices and workplace culture with an equity lens to understand how they influence the work climate or impact employee behavior.
