Arbitration

Arbitration is an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service that aims to solve a dispute without litigation. Paula Forbes is a Qualified Neutral Arbitrator with extensive knowledge of education law. She has favorably resolved numerous labor and employment arbitrations with collective bargaining units, human resources, and labor relations.   

Mediation

Like arbitration, mediation is an ADR service that offers a way of solving legal disputes outside the courtroom, with a neutral third party leading. Paula Forbes is a Qualified Neutral Mediator in accordance with Rule 114 of Minnesota Rules.

Investigations

Paula Forbes is a neutral Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and workplace investigator for private and public companies in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She has conducted numerous internal investigations in areas that include Title IX, discrimination and harassment, workplace conduct, child abuse, and student discipline.
